What you’ll do
- Implement the school’s brand style guide: Ensure visual consistency across all channels.
- Create visual concepts and designs: Develop engaging materials for various platforms.
- Produce high-quality graphic content: Use design software for print and digital graphics.
- Ensure timely response to creative requests: Prioritize and deliver designs promptly.
- Collaborate with teams to meet objectives: Work closely to support goals and projects.
- Improve effectiveness of marketing through design: Understand the impact of layout on conversion and key metrics of digital marketing
What we’re looking for
- A certificate, diploma or degree in Graphic Design or relevant design field.
- This is an entry-level position, and applicants with limited experience or those fresh from university are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in design software including InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, MS Office.
- Experience working within brand guidelines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Swahili.
- Strong desire to learn, try new things, and problem-solve.
- Some experience with CMS such as Wordpress and email marketing systems such as BeePro or Mailchimp.
