ASSISTANT LECTURER (HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT)

1 Position

Duties and Responsibilities

• To carry out lectures, conduct tutorials, seminars and practical sessions for undergraduate programs;
• To prepare and present case studies;
• To conduct and publish/disseminate research results;
• To recognise students having difficulties, intervene and provide help and support;
• To participate in consultancies and community services under supervision;
• To attend workshops, conferences and symposia; and
• To perform any other duties that the relevant authorities may assign.

Qualifications

Holder of Master's and Bachelor's Degrees in of Business Administration in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Management, Public Administration with at least a GPA of 4.0 out of 5 in master degree and a minimum GPA of 3.8 out of 5 in the bachelor degree. In addition, an Unclassified Master’s degree by thesis/research only shall be considered if the applicant has a pass grade and has published at least two (2) papers in reputable peer-reviewed journals in a relevant field.
