Requirements:

• Minimum education: Form Four (0-Level) certificate or equivalent hands-on experience in professional or community settings
• Clear passion for personal development, growth, and client engagement
• Fluency in both English and Swahili (spoken, written, and reading comprehension)

Level of Education: high school
