Role Overview:

Starrich Consulting International through its Graduate Internship Programme is providing an opportunity to a motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented Administrative & Business Intern to practice at the Njiro office in Arusha.

The Administrative & Business Intern will learn and do the following:

  • Coordinate conducive working environment.
  • Handle daily office correspondences.
  • Manage office supplies and assist in procurement of stationery and consumables.
  • Coordinate logistics for training events, workshops, and seminars.
  • Prepare and update course contents, training manuals, and learning materials.
  • Assist in conducting training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the recruitment function
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in employee engagement and welfare initiatives.

The intern will also be involved in:

  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Participate in consultancy assignments alongside senior consultants.
  • Support customer recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Prepare professional reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and management.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote company services and training programs.
  • Organize and manage internal and external meetings.

  • Recent graduate (preferably 2024 – 2026).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
