The Acceptance Close-Out Supervisor is responsible for managing and driving end-to-end site acceptance and close-out activities for telecom network deployment projects, ensuring all sites are delivered in line with contractual obligations, approved designs, quality standards, and customer requirements. The role ensures that site completion triggers revenue recognition and formal project closure processes.

Responsibilities

• Drives site acceptance and revenue recognition triggers for customer project
• Ensure sites are built as per approve site documentation (site design, as-built, etc) in line with customer contract and are delivered timely with required quality
• Coordinates and / or conducts site visits for the project acceptance with customer
• Manage closure of all open points with subcontractor and relevant stakeholders
• Alignment/agreement of the site closeout check list with the customer
• Closing all defects / open points for the contracted scope identified during acceptance between Nokia and customer
• Leads clearance of site defects with suppliers and approves site readiness prior to the site acceptance by the Nokia customer
• Validates equipment installation results with respect to installation Method of Procedure (MoP) and / or specifications
• Responsible for getting customer acceptance certificate for the site/project

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field with 2–4 years of experience in telecom rollout, implementation, or site acceptance activities.
• Proven experience in managing site acceptance and close-out activities for telecom network deployment projects in line with customer contractual requirements and quality standards.
• Strong ability to ensure sites are delivered according to approved documentation, including site design, as-built documentation, installation standards, and customer specifications.
• Experience coordinating and conducting site acceptance visits with customers, ensuring timely acceptance and revenue recognition milestones.
• Ability to manage closure of all site defects, punch lists, and open points with subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders.
• Experience in preparing and aligning site close-out checklists and acceptance documentation with customers
