Key Responsibilities:

• Define the academic roadmap (Curriculum mapping, assessments, reporting).
• Work with subject matter experts to create content structures.
• Translate academic standards (e.g., Common Core, IB) into product logic.
• Analyze student performance data to suggest product improvements.
• Create gamification and engagement strategies for students.
• Validate academic outcomes through pilot programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or related field.
• 3+ years in EdTech, Curriculum Development, or Academic Publishing.
• Understanding of instructional design methodologies.
• Experience working with engineering teams.
