Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Head of ICT and Operations, the ADC Supervisor shall oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the ADC back-office systems, ensuring efficient management, system reliability, and compliance with operational standards, with smooth transaction processing and system integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee monitoring and maintenance of ADC backend systems for optimal uptime.
- Coordinate timely resolution of system issues and escalations.
- Supervise transaction processing, reconciliation, and system upgrades.
- Ensure the team adheres to security protocols, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Monitor and report on risks, fraudulent activities, and system breaches.
- Support audit activities and ensure findings are addressed promptly.
- Identify process improvements to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with IT, business units, and vendors on system enhancements and implementations.
- Monitor, maintain, and support ADC backend systems to ensure uptime and performance.
- Process and reconcile transactions from various ADC platforms.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups as required.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and system logs.
- Generate and analyze operational reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality across ADC systems.
- Work closely with front office ADC staff, IT, and business units to resolve issues.
- Provide technical support and training on ADC backend processes.
- Assist in testing and implementing new ADC products and features.
- Any other duties assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in banking operations or IT systems, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of ADC platforms, transaction processing, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
