JOB DETAILS:
Applicant Qualifications
• Employed and qualified Form Four / Six / Diploma, with a Bachelor of Environmental Health Sciences and on-the-job training and registered with the Board of Environmental Health Professionals.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide advice and manage best practices for clean and safe water supply and waste disposal.
• Educate the community on how to protect themselves from disease outbreaks.
• Collect and analyze Environmental Health data.
• Supervise the implementation of the Laws on Environmental Health.
• Prepare implementation reports and submit them to the relevant authorities.
• Develop and monitor strategies to improve and manage occupational safety and health.
• Check health at ports and borders.
• Coordinate and verify inspections of food, water, chemicals, industries, workplaces and community areas.
• To perform such other duties as may be assigned to him or her by his or her supervisor for his or her education, experience and skills.
