JOB DETAILS:
Applicant Qualifications
• Employed and qualified Form Four / Six / Diploma, with a Master's Degree in Dentistry / Dentistry (M.Med/M.Dent or PhD in the field of Medicine) of three years or more from universities recognized by the Government.
• They must be registered with the Medical Council of Tanganyika (Medical Council of Tanganyika).

Duties and responsibilities:
• Perform all hospital medical work related to various diseases in the respective fields.
• Teaching students in health colleges located in his workplace
• Diagnosis, monitoring and prevention of outbreaks
• Facilitate self-development education for health workers.
• Training and mentoring subordinates
• Managing subordinates
• Design, conduct and evaluate research and disseminate results
• Designing and developing strategies to enhance the quality of service of its profession
• Provide outreach services in region
• Provide medical legal services
• Participate in formulating and overseeing the implementation of Government Health Policies and Programs
• Advise the ministry on the conduct of health activities in the country.
• Participate in a medical board committee for 2 rehabilitation staff.
• Develop a self-development education curriculum for health workers.
• Prepare health care plans and budget estimates
