JOB DETAILS:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cleaning cooking utensils – Ensuring all kitchen tools and equipment are properly washed and sanitized.
- Cleaning dining utensils – Washing and maintaining dishes, cutlery, and other serving items.
- Cleaning the dining area – Keeping the eating space tidy, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Preparing work tools for cooks/chefs – Organizing and setting up necessary kitchen equipment for food preparation.
- Cleaning cooking areas – Maintaining cleanliness in food preparation zones, including countertops and stovetops.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Education: Completion of Form IV (Secondary Education) with a Certificate in Kitchen Service/Kitchen Attendant Training from a government-recognized institution.
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
