Responsibility
:
• Provide legal Aid to clients
• Reconcile and mediate client disputes.
• To update and maintain Legal Aid Management System (LAMS) and legal aid website
• Document success stories from legal aid clients
• Identify and tap issues for advocacy from the legal aid clients attended.
• Conduct gender analysis of LAC cases for identification of advocacy issues
• Provides quality legal Aid services to clients
• Ensure program is implemented towards achieving desired outputs
• Ensure timely execution of activities and other program related duties
• Contributes towards achieving LHRC vision.
• Any other duties assigned by Supervisor

Experience :
• Minimum qualifications required
• To be considered for volunteering, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria
• Be either a recent graduate (having completed their studies within one year of applying)
• Successfully completed Law School
• Have completed undergraduate bachelor’s degree in law (LLB)

Responsibilities
• Greet customers and assist them in finding the parts they are looking for including answering questions, educating on product usage and providing advice for maintenance and installation.
• Assist with inventory management and verify that all parts are correctly stocked and displayed for optimal visibility and accessibility.
• Intervene in situations where a customer is dissatisfied, and come up with creative solutions to maintain business when dealing with backorders, damaged parts or stock-outs.
• Organize merchandise and participate in modifying displays to reflect current inventory, sales and promotions.
• Calculate sales totals, taking into account such factors as discounts, store credit, promotions and sales.

Requirements
• 2-3years experience in Pats Sales with good technical knowledge
• Great Customer Service and communication
• Prospecting new customers
• Microsoft Office experience - EXCEL, OUTLOOK WORD, POWER POINT (optional)
• School diploma or equivalent degree

A successful candidate should ensure a smooth control and management of office tools by doing the following:

Roles and duties
• Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries in and out of the yard
• Receive goods purchased for projects and allocate them into the required projects
• Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the stores’ area of operation
• Maintain a clear and organized records to ensure all reports are filed and stored properly
• Inspect tools and report any damages or replacements to the workshop manager
• Maintain a register for workers to take and return tools during working hours
• Ensure control of the rotation of tools, verification of their availability, tidying and inventory
• Refuse acceptance of damaged,unacceptable or incorrect tools/goods
• Ensure cleanliness of storage area and strict compliance with hygiene regulations
• Report to workshop manager any loss or theft of tools
• Ensure the quantity requested matches with the quantity issued or received
• Ensure store requisition form is signed by the person collecting the goods and stored properly
• Work closely with purchase team and finance office to order and receive items and equipment
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management or supervisors
• Reports to workshop manager
