JOB DETAILS:
Job purpose
• To support the B2B service provisioning & billing management sub-unit under back office/operations to coordinate fixed and ICT services provisioning and delivery for Tigo Business while ensuring a seamless customer experience across all onboarding channels. This role reports to the B2B Service Provisioning & Billing Manager.

Core responsibilities.
Fixed and ICT Coordination

• Assess the service needs of clients/customers and connect them with the right product i.e. APN, E1/SIP Trunk etc.
• Work closely with technical counterparts to ensure B2B provisioning settings are synchronized throughout the network elements.
• Assess client issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Regularly audit the provisioning system to ensure contract obligations are met.
• Maintain good relationships with stakeholders and clients to retain customer base.
• Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs.
• Assess customer issues related to fixed and ICT services and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Work with the finance/billing team to ensure all provisioning and billing accounting is in place as per contractual obligations of B2B customers.
• Provide regular key reports to management & relevant stakeholders tracking performance of all agreed KPIs/SLAs.

Audit check and Controlling B2B Services
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the B2B provisioning unit (Activation, disconnection, downgrade and upgrade).
• Perform B2B Quality Audit assessment for all segments (Sales/Products/Operations/etc.) as specified.
• Work with the technology team to ensure all change management activities adhere to company processes with minimal impact to all B2B customers.
• Ensure there is appropriate performance measurement, monitoring and timely reporting across all dependent platforms required to deliver seamless service to all our customers.
• Work with sales, marketing, product, finance, and other cross functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues as per the agreed escalation matrix.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of root cause analysis (RCAs) to internal and relevant external stakeholders as per agreed SLAs.

Reporting

• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports to show visibility/performance of the provisioning system vs contracts.
• Any other reports as required by management in relation to fixed & ICT services provisioning, invoicing & billing.

Supporting Roles
• Other duties as may be assigned to drive B2B objectives aligned with the Tigo Business mission and vision.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• University degree in technology, engineering, business administration or related areas
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer operations/after sales support service.
• Understanding of telecommunications and technology operational environment.
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

Job description
Report Developers: 5 Position

• Design, develop, and support reports and dashboards using Jasper studio (Or any other reporting tool like SSRS).
• Experience in working within an Agile methodology to design, develop, test, and implement analytics reporting features and functions.
• Create queries to provide ad hoc reports, analysis, and data sets based on business needs
• Design and develop Reports and BI Dashboards
• Utilize strong SQL Development experience to build efficient ad-hoc queries stored procedures.
• Test new reports and SQL logic for both accuracy and functionality.
• Modify and troubleshoot existing reports as needed.
• Must be able to design complex reports using Jasper Studio.
• Analise, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues

Our most successful candidates will have:
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft SQL Server programming
• Experience in using SQL and MYSQL, writing Stored Procedures and a deep understanding of relational databases and data warehouse
• Develop, implement, and optimize stored procedures and functions using SQL
• Capable of troubleshooting common database issues
• Hands-on experience in Basic Elements like Line, Sub-reports, List, Chart, Cross
• Tab, Table Map using jasper studio or expertise in SSRS projects.
• Strong report layout and presentation skills
• Deep understanding of report server integration with web application

Qualification and experience required
• Bachelor Degree in Computer science, IT, Software engineering or any related field.
• At least 4 + years’ experience in Software development in SQL server any reporting
• framework like Jasper Reports or SSRS etc.

Net Developer: 10 Position

Preferred Skills and Experience:
• End to end .Net development
• Strong in oops concept.
• Strong experience in MVC, Web API, C#, SQL and relational databases and web development in general.
• Experience in JavaScript and jQuery is must
• Knowledge on .Net Core, Angular JS, React may be preferred
• Development on web application that utilized Responsive Web Design techniques highly preferred.

Essential Tasks:
• Work with Quality Assurance to ensure delivery of high-quality software.
• Work with SQL and relational databases, and assist DBAs to design and update database tables, queries, stored procedures, etc.
• Assist other developers with questions; willing to help the team when asked.
• Ability and desire to both estimate tasks and meet deadlines, working effectively with minimal supervision in a team environment.

Qualification and experience required
• Bachelor Degree in Computer science, IT, Software engineering or any related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of progressive development experience as a senior developer, ideally developing and implementing enterprise applications based on.Net stacks

JOB DETAILS:
Main purpose of job:
To analyze business needs of the EACJ and develop, implement, train on and maintain Software systems including database systems, network systems and the EACJ website.


Duties and responsibilities:
i. Analyze, design, develop, implement and maintain software applications in accordance with established EAC IT standards.
ii. Analyze user needs in order to develop or modify website software systems.
iii. Develop and maintain EACJ website and coordinate with other players to ensure the website’s smooth operations.
iv. Prepare and maintain up to date user manuals.
v. Evaluate existing information systems and procedures and recommend solutions for improvement.
vi. Test and implement new and revised application software systems to ensure that they meet user requirements.
vii. Provide software maintenance and technical support.
viii. Develop and implement proper backup procedures for data files stored on EAC servers and maintain up to date electronic backup copies at an offsite location;
ix. Provide computer training and user support to ensure that existing technology is best utilized.

Qualifications and experience:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized University plus relevant professional qualifications.
5 years of experience in designing, developing and maintaining ICT systems.
