• Create concepts in alliance with clients, Product and Editorial Teams
• Strategize for growth and maximum share of category spends on digital platform
• Providing actionable insights on ad performance using analytical tools to the sales team
• Keep up to date with trends and developments in the digital industry to gain early insights into new business opportunities
• Identify new opportunities for monetization and create integrated concepts
• Accountable for ensuring digital platforms are fit for purpose, operational and future focused, and that the customer-facing products built on these platforms provide optimal value to the business and their customers.
Own the vision for digital product and the product backlog.

• Stakeholder management in line with business strategy.
• Working on multiple projects and the analysis once signed off projects go live.
• Be the evangelist for the internal products within the business, acting as a bridge between development and editorial, as well as educating stakeholders on the use of the tools being developed.
• Managing relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Bringing solutions to market in an agile environment.
• Work closely with marketing team to develop effective brand/ tactical communication and align the same to achieve advertising & distribution digital goals.

1. Position: IT Technician (entry level) – 2 Posts

Reports to:
Head of Division.

Job
Purpose:
To install, configure and maintain computers and peripherals in good working condition as well as to support users of IT systems.

Key Performance Areas:
• Install, assemble and configure computers, monitors, Laptops, Mobile devises and peripherals such sprinters, scanners and related hardware·
• Troubleshoot and repair computer systems hardware and software as well as other computer peripherals and ICT equipment;
• Troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure·
• Perform preventive maintenance of ICT equipment;
• Provide support on applications such as MS Office, MS Visio, MS Project, MS Exchange Outlook, MS SCCM and Lync, Desktop Clients and Agents and Operating system issues to users.
• Provide support on antivirus and other anti-malware applications on desktops, laptops and mobile devices
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned.

Education/Professional Qualifications required:
• Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology with at least an Upper Second Class grade.
• Candidates must be graduates for the year 2021 or 2022.
