Job Summary:
• Reporting to the Business Performance Manager the role is responsible for enterprise analytics and provision of effective insight and analysis to assist the enterprise business in meeting the established financial and profit objectives.

Job Details:
Key responsibilities

• Track performance of the bank against budget every month
• Provide effective insights and analysis to assist the Enterprise Business in meeting the established financial and profit objectives
• Provide analytical support and analysis to the Business Performance Manager.
• Preparation of RM Profitability, Customer Profitability and Branch profitability reports on a monthly basis
• Interpret data for the purpose of determining the root causes of past figures, financial, costing and operational performance
• Assist in maintaining Key Performance Indicators & dashboard, and also in building a

Central database for reporting
• Generate standard reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review and consumption by users, business managers and other relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct pre and post evaluation measurement for campaigns, sponsorships and provide robust information for decision making.
• Provide timely business intelligence/analysis reports to users, business managers and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Banking Act and regulations by regulators like BOT, TRA

Daily responsibilities
• Provide analytical support and analysis to the business performance manager
• Calculate & forecast for changes in costs due to product changes
• Develop reports for forecasting, trending, and what-if analysis.
• Preparation of Business Performance report, Business Segments Performance report and daily Branch-wise Performance report.
• Support branches and other units regarding performance reports and Dash Board system.

Job Title: HR Business Partner (2)

Reporting to: Senior HR Manager
Responsible for: Al HR related issues in the organization unit
Hours of Work: 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

1. Purpose of job
• The HR Business Partner (HRBP] position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
• The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicate those needs proactively with the HR department and business management in order to develop integrated solutions.

2. Principle accountabilities
• Planning and supervising talent acquisition in close conjunction with the Departmental Heads/Line Manager.
• Monitor quality and compliance of the Performance Management System (PMS) as well as ensuring performance culture is instilled among employees.
• Analyse statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of employee’s problems and develop recommendations to ensure the Bank’s HR policies, procedures, processes, and practices are constantly improved.
• Identifying patterns, trends, and root causes for making recommendation (s) to line managers to improve motivation, increase retention, engagement and efficiency of employees through employee satisfaction surveys.
• Ensure good employee relations through effective relations and relationship with all stakeholders, including employees’ representatives.
• Be a change lead, through advising and challenging stakeholders with respect to organizational changes In liaison with the Learning and Development team, support Line Managers in identifying Training needs
• for respectively business units and ensure implementation of training framework .

3. Qualification and experience
• University degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or any other related field.
• Post graduate qualification and/or HR certification is an added advantage
• Experience in Human Resources Business Partnership or at least 5 years’ experience as a generalist HR professional.
