JOB DETAILS:
1. PURPOSE OF JOB
Job holder shall perform all duties related to the review, assessment. and development of business processes. To analyze and translate business requirements into system and/or business process changes.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Create designs for technical solutions to resolve business problems and tryout components of new systems for efficiency.
– Reach out to business and project managers in the course of work in order to identify and evaluate user and business requirements.
– Create and facilitate cost efficient solutions & analyse specifications to meet business requirements.
– Supervise all integration processes with new clients and other third-party vendors
– Ensure accurate documentation that may include all system aspects such as business requirements, client requirements and technical specifications .
– Supervise project development processes with business and vendors for successful execution of Projects
– Carryout research on how technology systems are used and suggest ways for systems improvement and efficiency.
– Coordinate change management process and project Management process between PMO, Technology and business units in adherence to laid out policies and procedures.
– Develop strong technical expertise in banking technology and associated Applications to understand the end to end transaction flows of applications across Exim bank.
– Perform and seek to continuously improve the monitoring of the application environment and supporting infrastructure

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or Computer Science or related field.
Minimum three years working experience in supporting banking applications and participating technology projects.

COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
Good understanding of AP-driven integrations and associated languages
Good Understanding of key peripheral banking applications (SWIFT, Treasury applications, workflow applications and BOT Applications).

JOB DETAILS:
1. PURPOSE OF JOB
• To continue support the rollout of our Learning Management System and development of new learning Contents, preparing Reports and perform other office administration task.
• This role will specifically assist the team with developing engaging virtual and in-person training.

2. PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Work in a collaborative team environment and use proven instructional design methodologies to analyze learning needs, design and develop content, define measurement strategies, and assess the effectiveness of learning programs
• Manages LMS functions which include monitoring course content, course approvals, and evaluation processes ensuring processes are completed within given timeframes.
• Develops quality assurance plans by conducting intensive analysis, identifying critical control points, monitoring procedures, corrective actions related to e-learning utilization.
• Provide Support/train new and existing employees to a new skills or business systems.
• Monitoring and reviewing staff post training progress through evaluation questionnaires and discussions with line managers.
• Championing the day-to-day administration matters relating to training function such as coordination with training stakeholders, facilitation of relevant payments etc.
• Work and provide support to staff regarding to HR system queries like Login Issues, Employee creation and deletion, reporting and other modules.
• Any other duties as assigned by Line Manager

3. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design and Information technology, Education with Technology, Multimedia Technologies and Animations or related Field.
• Experience in development with eLearning tools such as Captivate, Articulate Studio/Storyline, Adobe Photos hop/Illustrator, Animate CC, and Software technologies such as HTML5, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience in working with Learning Management Systems and SCORM.

4.SKILLS
• Proficiency with web development tools and learning technologies (Articulate storyline, Camtasia studio, Adobe captivates and Audacity).
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
