JOB DETAILS:
Role Description:
Responsible for the creation and storage of HR recorded information, maintaining employees confidential files, retrieving and disposing off employees data.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the management of electronic and/or paper-based employees information
2. Identify the most appropriate records management resources
3. Design and develop HR filing systems
4. Set up and review documenting records systems
5. Establish retention and disposal schedules
6. Advise on HR records management procedures, providing a framework to guide the management of records and use of the employer’s records system
7. Standardize information sources throughout an organization.
8. Respond to information enquiries, giving appropriate access to information
9. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
10. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements for all applicants:
• Bachelor of Arts in Information and Record Management OR Bachelor of Arts in Records and Archives Management or its equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Strong technical skills of HR Information systems.
• Experience in working closely with teams to achieve progress or tasks.
• Proven computer literacy in MS Office/excel and programming.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English/Swahili

The role required qualifications
• Responsible for research projects and related production tasks under the supervision of the Research Executive/Senior Research Executive
• Research design: Providing input into the design of relevant research instruments
• Project execution: Executing a field brief and supervising the process until the deliverables are received
• Ensuring smooth work flow amongst the project processes especially in relation to Field, linking Operations and Research
• Quality control: reviewing and ensuring the highest quality standards of work are maintained at all times
• Reporting: prepare different types of draft reports (e.g. Field reports, outcome presentations
• Client relationship management
• People management: management of project field team in terms of coaching. allocation and monitoring work

To be successful in this role you will have:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent command of written & spoken English and Kiswahili
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Good knowledge of market/social research methodologies
• Strong numeric skills
• Ability to work and deliver under pressure
• Team leadership and project management skills
• Excellent computing skills especially in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
