JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
• Prepare three daily meals for detainees;
• Prepare the menu and ensure that the food items take into account the age, health conditions and cultural habits of the detainees;
• Monitor the food stocks;
• Verify the food quality purchased; Perform any other duties as required.

Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Certificate in cookery and meal preparation an asset.

Experience:
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in food preparation for large groups. Experience in preparing meals for groups of people with different dietary requirements.

Language:
English and French are the working languages of the Mechanism. For the post advertised, fluency in English and Swahili is required. Working knowledge of French or Kinyarwanda is desirable.

For our Joint Venture Inflight Catering Services Ltd in Dar Es Salaam we are searching for;
Quality Assurance Supervisor (m/f)

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Validate quality processes; documenting evidence; updating quality assurance procedures
• Develop quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; monitoring inventories
• surveillance audits; investigating complaints; execute trainings to staff;
• Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information;
• Develop and foster, further development and documentation of QA- systems, as well as inspectioning sectors and departments;
• carry out routine inspections for securing quality and carry out hygiene briefing
• Assure strict compliance of “Standard Operation Procedures”
• Analyze complaints for the elimination of failures as well as, if necessary, introducing measures to avoid recurrences
• Working up and maintenance of all relevant documentation, cleaning plans, / disinfections/ pest control in all areas.
• coordinate and support implementation of Corrective Actions Management and Root-Cause- Analysis
• Specify quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
• Ensure effective communication with staff

Requirements:

• University Degree in Industrial Chemistry, Food Technology, Microbiology/, Biochemistry or equivalent
• 3-5 years work experience in a fully serviced hotel, restaurant; catering facility;
• In depth understanding of food and hygiene regulations HACCP is mandatory
• Good communication, organizational skills, customer orientation;
• Leadership skills; Fluent in English verbal and written;

JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
• Receive customer orders daily via Email and Phone, input orders into database, and inform customer of expected delivery date.
• Verify customer information on each order when received against company database to confirm all contact information is correct; update database where necessary.
• Take down customer information such as Customer name, address, TIN number, VRN number, in order to process order.
• Verify order information is correct on each order when received and that all merchandise purchased is in stock and priced correctly before creating an invoice.
• Contact customer directly on each order when received if there are questions regarding customer information or discrepancies between customer information on the order and the company database.
• Contact customer directly on each order when received if there is an issue with the order, such as merchandise pricing difference, shipping delays or other concerns like if item is out of stock or discontinued, and suggest alternative item/s.
• Process orders by prepare invoices and necessary shipping documents.
• Answer customer service line and assist with customer questions and complaints about unfulfilled orders daily.

Skills needed:
• Strong verbal and written communicator (fluent in English language).
• Knowledgeable of the principles and processes of good customer service.
• Organized with good clerical skills and excellent attention to details.
• Efficient at using logic and reasoning to determine strengths and weaknesses of various
