Job Description
Responsibilities;
• Maintain the USSD platform.
• Manage marketing of the USSD platform and increase sales.

Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years’ marketing and PR experience
• Minimum 3 years experience related to USSD products
• Experience with payment gateways
• Advance English and Swahili Verbal & Written Communication skills
• Solutions orientated
• Taking ownership and strong project management skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Proficient Computer Skills
• Willing to work Day and/or Night Shift
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays as required
• Interest in and knowledge of sports (soccer, cricket, rugby, tennis, basketball, etc) will be added advantage.

Social Media/Marketing Executive
Job Summary

Our Client, Oil and Lubricant Company is looking for qualified Social Media/Marketing Executive to manage social media channels such as Instagram, facebook. LinkedIn etc to build an audience and ensure customer engagement and coordinate marketing campaigns through the year. He/She will promote and strengthen an organization’s brand(s) using social media platforms.

Responsibilities;
• Organize marketing materials.
• Organize marketing designs for corporate posters/flyers/promos.
• Coordinate and organize all rally related promos and events.
• Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
• Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
• Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
• Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
• Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• 2 or more years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
• Experience using various analytics software.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Must be flexible to travel (potentially for rally).
• Preferably with some adobe experience to create some artwork in house.
