Job Description
• Be the first design-specific recruit on our team — build the processes you want, with the tools you like using!
• Help collect, understand, and visualize customer needs through interviews, prototypes, workshops, and research.
• Work with current and future customers to create great UX that effectively solve problems we’ve chosen to work on.
• Work closely with Engineering and PM to make sure the right things ship.

Requirements
Knowledge and Experience

• At least 5+ years of experience building amazing products (tell us about it).
• A proven track record of building new products (or big features) in a leadership role.
• Well thought through opinions on building effective design systems.
• Stellar communication skills — you’ll be working with lots of stakeholders.
• Extremely detail oriented.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus points if you have an understanding of how B2B businesses operate.

Job Description
• As a Product Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating products that help hundreds of thousands of users around the world land their dream job

Responsibilities
• Work through design problems from beginning to end: unpacking the problem, ideating new products and features, prototyping, user validation and finally creating detailed interactions to handover to engineering.
• Sketch and prototype ideas to assess viability of a solution early on in the design process
• Validate design solutions with our different target audiences, using both qualitative and quantitative methods
• Iterate on feedback from your cross-functional team
• Collaborate with engineers as they build and ship

Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
• You can think through complex interaction problems with a systematic approach and attention to detail
• You have experience creating complex interaction design, user experiences, flows and prototypes with high-fidelity visuals
• You can discuss and explain your design decisions and back them up by applying customer insights and business metrics
• You are comfortable giving and taking feedback and applying feedback to final designs
• You can handle multiple projects at the same time and can adjust priorities as our business needs change.
