JOB DETAILS:
Main Responsibilities
• Acquire new bank customers by appointment, referral solicitation or door to door canvas in the assigned territory
• Opening bank accounts to new customers and collect account opening fees for onward delivery to the branch
• Register customer to NMB mkononi and educate on the usage of our self-service channels
• Ensure all account opened meet the required KYC standards as per the bank's processes and procedures
• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly or yearly sales quotas
• Generate leads, upsell and cross-sell bank products and services from the customers
• Participate in campaigns, special projects & events to sell bank products and services
• Identify repeat businesses and create relationship by regular selling of bank products & services
• Assist management in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies
• Safe keeping of working tools and marketing materials
• Continuous upgrade and improve sales presentation (avoid miss-selling) and knowledge of products, services and bank tariffs
• Perform any other relevant duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

Duties and responsibilities
• Maintaining and organizing the equipment in the warehouse in a clean and safe condition;
• To receive equipment purchased from bidders;
• To receive equipment that has been used but needs to be taken care of before being deleted in accordance with existing laws, regulations and procedures;
• Opening and maintaining the "Bin Card" for each device in the warehouse;
• Opening a ledger (Ledger) that will keep a record of the equipment that enters, is maintained and leaves the warehouse;
• Provide equipment to customers and users in accordance with existing procedures;
• To do other tasks in his field that will be assigned by his superior.

Qualification and experience
• Employed with a Diploma in Procurement/Supply or an established Business in Procurement and Supply, from a College recognized by the Government, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technicians Board in the country (PSPTB);

Product Owner: Digital Call

Key Responsibilities and Output
• Closely collaborate with the Global Product Owner Virtual to champion the Execution Digital Roadmap and translate it in a relevant way for the business
• Develop the customer portal market strategy, key deliverables, engagement model, functionality required
• Being 100% focused on the Customer Portal delivery through pre, during and post deployment.
• Work closely with the leads of the other Execution workstreams and Execution commercial lead to ensure all dependencies are understood and planned in line with delivery timelines.
• Decision Maker on market prioritization for deployment and accountable for making the business case for requirements
• Decision Maker on market functionality requirements and priorities that inform Global Product sprints
• Share the from and to with stakeholders and other in Market Execution Leads, including functionality roadmap.
• Play a key role in change management of the business, providing insight and thought into the materials, communications and training required to launch Customer portal successfully among the commercial teams
• Responsible for embedding the new technology and supporting the new ways of working the field teams will adapt.
• Work closely with the Commercial Data Lead to identify gaps and opportunities to improve the product
• Identifying test users and pilot group who will form a key part of the deployment of the new Virtual capability
• Organize in market User acceptance testing in a time frame that allows bugs to be fixed without delaying full deployment.

Competence Requirements
• A sales leader who has a proven ability to deliver results and either drive transformation through the organization or manage and lead projects.
• Commercially experienced with robust knowledge of the customers/outlets and their business requirements. (Ontrade, Off trade, Bar staff and wholesalers/Distributors)
• Ability to drive change, challenge and deliver under tight and ambitious timescales.
• Well organized with a good network or understanding of commercial and support functions within the business.
• A problem solver; restless & agile – lives and breathes implementation
