The Weir Code of Conduct (the ‘Code’) outlines the ethical and legal standards to which Weir Group holds its employees and stakeholders. The Code covers a wide range of topics, including anti-bribery and corruption, competition (anti-trust) law, developing our people, safety and health, conflicts of interest and use of Group property and resources.

A review of the Code was undertaken in 2018 and 2019 and the updated version, published in May 2019, includes some important updates including:

• The inclusion of the “We are Weir” framework
• Reinforcing the availability and purpose of the ethics hotline;
• An updated anti-corruption and bribery page; and
• The use of more simplified and standardised language.

The Code will be translated into multiple languages and made available to our employees. Copies are also shared with our key suppliers, customers, agents and distributors.

Our Ethics Hotline is a secure, confidential hotline provided by NAVEX Global on behalf of The Weir Group PLC. Which can be used by employees, partners and third parties to raise concerns about ethical conduct involving any member of The Weir Group PLC, which includes its subsidiaries and joint ventures.
