The vision of St Lucia is that all Tanzanians have access to quality preventive and palliative health and social services that are affordable and culturally sensitive. To fulfill its mission, St Lucia:
  • Focuses its efforts on the most vulnerable groups: young children, pregnant women, those suffering with HIV/AIDS, malaria, TB and other chronic diseases
  • Works continuously to strengthen the capacity of families and communities to care for the health and welfare of their members
