Role overview
You will provide leadership guidance to VSO country offices and Resilient Livelihoods Global practice in supporting primary actors engagement in the Food Systems Summit process, facilitating national food policy dialogues by producing background status reports on food systems for the nine programme countries involved. You will also help with short policy papers and briefs, provide support in the convening of the Food Systems influencing and managing cross-functional group meetings and minute taking.

•A University degree in Resilient Livelihoods, rural agriculture, or food security or any other related qualification
•Clear Understanding of the food and agriculture sector
•Strong analytical and research skills
•Experience and demonstrated results in Policy analysis
•Excellent communication and social skills, the ability to work closely with a variety of stakeholders in a multi-country context.
