JOB DETAILS:
You Will
- Lead budgeting, financial reporting, donor accountability, and resource mobilization
- Oversee HR, payroll, procurement, facilities, and compliance with Tanzanian labor & tax laws
- Build strong internal controls, risk management systems, and asset oversight
- Support strategic decisions with data-driven financial analysis and cost-efficiency planning
- Serve as a trusted bridge between ministry vision and professional governance
You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA(T)/Master's required
- 10+ years of experience in finance or administration, with 5+ years in senior leadership
- Proven track record in media or faith-based organizations in Tanzania
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and has good communication skills
- A mature Christian and committed to Zoe TV's mission of spreading hope through media.
