Job Summary:
• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse & Logistics Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of products. The Warehouse & Logistics Officer will also coordinate transportation, monitor inventory levels, and ensure proper documentation and compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and completeness of deliveries.
• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, implementing efficient storage solutions and conducting regular stock checks.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders to schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs clearance forms, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill orders in a timely manner, prioritize shipments based on urgency, and optimize transportation routes.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identifying discrepancies, obsolete items, or potential shortages, and implementing corrective actions.
• Conduct periodic inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, adhering to safety standards and procedures.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve warehouse and logistics processes, suggesting and implementing efficiency enhancements.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance on proper procedures and safety protocols.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience (3 years) in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, warehouse procedures, and transportation logistics.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
