JOB DETAILS:
Basic Job Functions:
• Leadership of the operation team
• Management of branch operations to ensure the smooth running of branches
• Maintaining the required number of staff and ensuring customer retention
• Maintaining an acceptable portfolio at risk as per company standards
• Contribute to strategic business plan
• Innovative, to keep the business competitive.
Desired Qualifications:
• Education: Minimum of Bachelor Degree in a Business related field from any recognized university.
• Proven working experience of at least two years.
• Excellent functional skills
