JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Responsibilities
• To inform passengers on the expected arrivals and departures of trains;
• To respond to passenger’s /customers’ complaints, queries and request or any other relevant information;
• Promote company’s product and services;
• Identify needs/wants of customers;
• Make available product brochures for customers;
• Provide pricing and delivery information to customers;
• Suggest possible solutions whenever there is a malfunction in a service;
• Educate customers on deals and promotions the company is offering;
• Greet customers in the warmest possible way and find out their problem or reason for calling;
• Assist in selling products and services;
• Provide safely education to customers;
• To perform any other relevant duties that may be assigned by the supervisor

Qualification and Experience
• Diploma either in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Business Administration majoring in Marketing or equivalent qualifications from recognized Institutions. Computer literacy is mandatory.
