You Will

• The 3-5 year technical roadmap for broadcast infrastructure, IT, and digital platforms.
• End-to-end broadcast operations: satellite uplink, live streaming, and on-air uptime (targeting ≥99.5%).
• Maintenance of studio and field production equipment (cameras, sound, editing suites).
• Robust cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance.
• A team of engineers and technicians, fostering professional excellence and mission alignment.

You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Engineering, IT, or a related field. Masters preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience in media technology, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven expertise in managing satellite, live stream, and digital infrastructure.
• A mature Christian and committed to Zoe TV's mission of spreading hope through media.
