JOB DETAILS:
Activities
Tax Administration and Handling
• Provide supports to statutory auditor team on tax related matters
• Monthly posting of PAYE and SDL on expatriate salaries and corporation tax into SAP accounting software
• Monthly reconciliation of all tax GL’s (VAT, Withholding tax, Deferred tax and corporate tax)
• Making follow up of taxes on imported goods, making sure related documents reach finance department on time for payment. Ensure documents are properly filed.

Supporting Young Dealers and COCO service stations in Tax related matters
Assisting young dealers and COCO service stations in resolving tax issues with TRA and consultants i.e. VAT, Corporate tax, Withholding tax as well as City Service Levy

Computation of quarterly City Service Levy for all streams of income from Network, General Trade, Lubricants and Aviation
On quarterly basis, obtain status of TTL and GTL service stations of whether the stations are COCO or otherwise, for the purpose of City Service Levy Computation.

Liaising with Treasury ensuring all tax related payments are made on time and proof of payments are produced and filed.
Performing other ad hoc duties assigned by your immediate manager.

Bachelor Degree or Equivalent in Finance/Accounting
Computer Application Literacy
